I want to invoke standard QueryOpportunityIn C4C WebService from ABSL (PDK) development. My steps are:

1. I downloaded WSDL. I tested this WebService from SOAPUI and it works fine. To do so, I configured service credentials in SOAPUI.

2. I created an External WS Integration object in PDK with previous WSDL.

3. I created communication scenario from previous step (Application Integration type). Here I checked inbound service QueryOpportunityIn

4. I created Communication Arrangement.

4.1. I selected Scenario from step 3

4.2. I selected a system pointing to my tenant (I had an existing one)

4.3. I selected User ID + Password as authentication method

5. I ran a WebService Test Service Operations from PDK

5.1. I filled WS data correctly

5.2. I selected communication scenario created in step 3

5.3. I get an error "No Comm. Arrangement exists for Comm. Scenario (...) and Business Partner"

I've checked the existence of Comm Arrangement (step 4), but WebService Test Service Operations may be sending PDK user (Business Partner) instead of user specified in step 4.3.. In runtime it will automatically send logged user, so it won't also work.

Is there something I missed?
