Appraiser not getting Appraisal Document in To do List.

We are facing problem in Appraisl in SAP Enterprise Portal where few employees have done there self appraisal but the 1st and 2nd Level Appraiser have not received the appraisal doc. in there To do list.

This issue is only for <b>"FEW"</b> employees for others its working fine.

component SAP_HR Human Resources : 470 : 0044 : SAPKE47044

Please suggest a possible reason/solution.

Hi Gokulan,

Which BSP Iview you are using for 1st and second level manager ?

Check the Org structure, whthere the Employee is reporting to them(1st level and 2nd level).

The Function module used for getting the Appraisal document is,

<b>HRHAP_DOCUMENT_GET_LIST_XXL</b>.This is being used in your BSP Iview.

Ensure whthre this is returning corect value.
