Error connecting Outlook Integration

Hi,

I have installed Outlook Integration in order to manage the PO approvals but when I start B1 and the add-on is connected

a window appears for creating the default templates; when I click "create" a message says that Layout folder "....\AddOn\Microsoft Outlook Integration\Templates" not found.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Hi Marcello,

As well as installing the add-on on each client workstation, there is a program that needs to be installed on the server that creates the templates in the B1_SHR folder. Has this program been installed on your server (if I remember correctly it's called ServerInstaller in 2005A and is available in the full AddOn download)?

Hi Marcello Pilotto,

For creating Templates u have to go for Administration and go for addons and create the outlook template, then it will ask u to select the check box for sending mail through outlook express.
