Hi folks.
I have an question about archving. The following situation has happened:
2 billing doc are archived. Now finance would like to see the original printouts. Our system has an external storage system(a content manager) which saves all the printouts in pdf.
Now the problem is that after the billing doc is archived we have missed the "clip" possibility to find the pdf doc on the content manager.
I have found a workaround to find if I use transaction oaad an put the billing doc number with four digits before so that there ten digits at all. If the document is stored then I could find it.
My question is there not a standard SAP functionality witch supports that problem? Is it possible to get the DOCid in transaction SARI so that I automatically can find the pdf document?
Thanks
