Hi Experts;

One of our business process for buying and selling of pharmaceutical items, materials received with different shipment for the same purchase order. For each shipment which arrived, finance department check the landing cost. And based on the calculated shipment cost we define the structure price. Structure price is maintained in SAP with using price condition (Ex :ZPR2) and condition is updated for each shipment one after the other. But, it is not possible to release the price (for ZPR2) for second shipment if there is any difference with the previous price. We have to wait till the first quantity is completely issued to the customer to maintain the second price in the system and this caused to the delay in the process of goods issue to customer.

Our requirement is to maintain multiple pricing records (ZPR2) for a material at any given time and there should be the feasibility for issuing goods with different prices for same sales document.

Please guide us to resolve the issue..

Very much confused by this question... This is tagged with SD but you seem to be talking about the inbound shipments and purchase orders. Then a custom pricing condition is mentioned and "is not possible to release the price...". Why is it not possible? What's your process exactly? And what have you tried so far?

Sorry but this doesn't sound much like standard SD, so I'm guessing either you're using an IS or something custom. In the first case this needs to be posted under a different tag. If it's the later then I'm afraid you are on your own.
