cProjects log off issue

Hi,

We had implemented an SSO between the Portal and cProjects 4.0. We have an issue with the object locking.

When we log on to the portal it will automatically logs you into the cProjects. And if we do any changes to a Project and logged off from the Portal, the Project object that we made changes is getting locked.

After wards, if you log off from the portal, cProjects is not getting logged off. Next time when you log in through the portal and try to edit the Project object in the cProjects, we were getting an error message saying that the Project is being edited by the user so and so.

Here my question is that when we implemented SSO between the Portal and the cProjects, logging off from the portal is not logging off cProjects.

Do any one has such kinda experience and I would appreciate if you could let us know the solution for this problem.

Hi Robert,

when ever you change or edit your project object.. make sure that u close that project object first and then logoff from portal. this allows that your project object is not locked.
