Delete completed routes from visit planner

When using the Route functionality from Visit Planner I noticed I cannot delete the routes with processing status 'Completed'. I tried to change the processing status to 'Set as in Preparation' but this is not possible as this option is grey out.

Can someone provide me some feedback how you can select completed routes en delete them. Is there a mass-delete option on completed routes?

Hello Arian,

I checked and at the moment this is standard behavior. The visit route deletion for the ones which visits have already been created is not supported.

Hello Arian,

Additionaly to Gabriel's statement, you can propose a change of behavior to Product Management via the below link:

There you can search for the SAP Product you wish and propose ideas. The ideas are voted by the community and Product Management checks it regularly to decide on system changes.
