MC.9- Analysis

All,

While executing MC.9 report and after coming back from the screen , it is asking , 'Do you want to save the Analysis'.

Can anyone explain , 1.exactly what does this saving mean ?

2.where will I save this ?

3. How to re execute the saved Analysis?

Kindly advise.

Hi Sandeep,

1. In case you want to save analysis data for future reference than click Yes.

2. A popup will appear , Update Selection version and description of the same. ( This is freely definable text)

3. Click Save

4. Now in future when you want to refer this analysis Go to transaction MC.9

5.Click Button SelectVers.

6. Double click on your version

7. You may see saved analysis data again.

Hello Sandeep,

It's general logic that SAVE means you will use the same data again.

As Sanjay explained it will saved as a version. This report will be saved on SAP server. Later you can pull this report with MC.9 transaction as explained by Sanjay.

Sandeep, These are the general information which you can get with exploring youseft on SAP system. If you will ask to this forum then definately you will get reply but it will impact your career growth. I am not sure how seriously you are taking this point because some of the experts have already suggested you.
