in dunning procedure configuration we have the one tab or item i.e MINIMUM AMOUNT that field in dunning configuraion what is the means of minmum amount and also ENVIRONMENT.

Hi,

- The total of all items on a certain dunning level has to be more than a minimum amount defined and its relation to all open items has to be more than a minimum percentage.

- If this is not the case, the items are set to a lower dunning level.

Note: Usually the minimum amounts and percentages on a higher dunning level are higher than those on the lower levels.
