client creation

hello,

i have sap 4.7 IDES installed on my system.i usally logon to 800 client.but when i am logging on to different client num it is giving as username or password is invalid.i am sure that i have never changed the password of system before.what could be the problem. and can we create a new client in IDES VERSION?if yes how?

plz help me...
