Change case in BP screen

Hi,

I want to validate the fields in Business Partner maintenance screen in SAP CRM. If the user types in in lower case, it must be saved in Upper case only. I checked with a BADI "BUPA_FURTHUR_CHECKS". I was trying Tcode: SE18 and trying to look for the source code, I am unable to view the program.

Can anybody suggest me how to go about and what to do to validate BP fields to Upper case.
