How to get rid of the error message on RWB?

When I click a drop-down item on the "message-monitoring" at RWB, I get

error:

<b>javax.ejb.CreateException: Unable to log on to system ABC in language en with user PIRWBUSER</b>

After that, even I killed the IE and delete all cookies/tempfile, re-enter

tcode sxmb_ifr, I still get

<b>javax.ejb.CreateException: Unable to log on to system ABC in language en with user PIRWBUSER</b>

whenever I click "message-monitoring" at RWB.

Could you help on how to get rid of this error -- temp workaround or

perm fix.

Maybe english isn't imported as a language in the system. Can you log onto the ABAP side with Language EN? Try changing your Browser language settings to match one of the installed languages on your SAP system.

check the password that is written in the http://host:j2ee_port/exchangeProfile

check proper authorization and roles are assinged to user for accessing the montoring data

Check the exchange profile properly configured or not and also check for the Authorizations for the said user.

Please check if in system ABC exists user PIRWBUSER.

just check as Wojciech said (if the users exits in ABC system)

if not you can create it:
