Unable to open ESR & ID in PI

Hi Experts,

I have installed 1.6 JDK in my desktop but getting below error when trying to open ESR & ID, kindly help me to resolve this issue.

HI,

Please check settings in the java control panel Under General ->Temporary Internet Files->Settings->Uncheck "Keep TemporaryFiles"

That might help in some issues

I am working on both HCI & PI and this is the challenge like I need both 1.6 and 1.8. Kindly help.Please find the below details on PI version & I used to work on PI with 1.6 without any issues in other system but I am facing issue here:

I work with PI 7.31 and PI 7.4 using java 8 build 77 and have no issues.

Hi Ramu,

If issue still didn't resolve.

Some time dual java installation create conflict . Please try to use one java version or every time you need to uncheck java version based on application.

Configure - > java -> View -> uncheck Java version.
