Filtered intial load / request from more than one backend

Hello,

on a SRM 3.0 system I am trying to download regions via CRM Middleware from two different backends.

For this purpose I chose Customizing Object DNL_CUST_BASIS5 in TC R3AC3 and deactivated all tables except for T005S and T005U.

Then I downloaded the regions from the first backend.

From the second backend I just wanted to add the regions of country CZ. So I tried to filter on field LAND1 (both tables).

But after the download all former entries were deleted only the new ones for country CZ were present in the tables.

This happened no matter if I maintained the filter in R3AC3 and tried an initial load via R3AS, or if I just tried a request load via R3AR2, R3AR4 using the filter.

Shouldn't at least the request load just add new entries without deleting the existing ones?

How can I mix entries from two different backends?

Thanks in advance for your answers!

Holger

Hello

thank you for the answers so far. I think I will cope with the regions in one way or the other.

But can anybody confirm that it is definitely not possible to mix customizing settings from different backends using filters in CRM middleware?

That would be interesting for me not only regarding regions but also other settings like units of measurement, ISO codes (settings replicated via customizing object DNL_CUST_BASIS3), or material groups (DNL_CUST_PROD0, DNL_CUST_PROD1).

Best regards

Alternatively, as Ramki told,

you need to go SM30 transaction and in clcik on New entries and then copy the regions manually, by copy & paste page by page(CTRLY, CTRLC in backend and then CTRL+V in SRM) from all your R/3 back-end systems, one by one.

Hope this will help.

Hello

I would recommend creation of regions manually.

Any way, you can copy & paste page by page(CTRLY, CTRLC in backend and then CTRL+V in SRM)

Best regards
