How to upload exchange rates flat file?

Dear experts,

Please provide short guidance how to upload currency exchange rates file into the system and how to generate example file from the system to PC.

I tried to use report RFTBFF01, but it was not helpful.

Also in help I found 'Administrator Workbench' term, but I can not find where it is in Easy Access or IMG menu.

Please do not use abbreviations like BI, BW, AWB and etc... because I am completely new in SAP

Dear experts,

I can't find anything about SCATT nor LSMW...

Also the link provided by Karthik is about file structure, but there no anything about uploading of this file, or how to generate test file from SAP to PC.

Also please give me path or t.code how to start Administrator Workbench? Because I found lot of guidance how to upload exchange rate files through Administrator Workbench, but there no references how to run this Administrator Workbench...

SAP provides upload option through SCATT and LSMW functions. Please go through sap help portal for more details on scatt and lsmw
