SU10 not working as expected in CUA

Hello - I made an earlier post but may have incorrectly diagnosed the issue.

I have just set-up a new CUA - using Solution Manager 4.0.

The users appear correctly in SU01 - but when I try to use SU10, it does not show the users.

Note: I have determined that the only users that exist in the SU10 view are those users that are are created in the central system.

Is there a setting change that dictates what users are show when using SU10 ? or does anyone has any other ideas as to what the issue could be?

Yes - SCUG performed. And the rest of CUA is working as expected (as far as i can tell)

Are these users within CUA assigned to the same system that you are trying to run SU10? I believe SU10 is only good for the local instance not for CUA.

I have set up CUA, but in the child system the Rename option of SU01 is still available. Ive looked at SCUM but do not see an option there to disable rename in the child systems.

Any suggestions?
