SRM 7 - User cannot access to window to select goods or catalog

Hello,

We are on SRM 7.13 and we have a situation with a user that we cannot explain so far.

Few days ago, when the user try to create a SC in NWBC and press "Shop", it opens SC window , without possibility to select the items or access catalog:

In a normal situation, when he press "Shop" it was supposed to open the "Select goods / service" window, where he could browse old shopping carts and templates, or catalogs, in order to select the items for the SC:

This is not a new user, and until last week the user had not any issues in SC creation.

We already checked ppoma / bp transactions and users_gen, as well as authorizations but apparently there is not any problem that explains this behavior. Any ideas??

Hi,

Did you check the Wedynpro component - View to check if it has some issue in layout?

This should not be caused by user attributes, since the attributes will only control the catalog links, but internal goods.

It is more like a UI issue.
