Hello World!
I 'm trying to use the characteristics relationship in Integrated Planning for derive 0FISCPER from 0FISCPER3, 0FISCYEAR and 0FISCVARNT with a Exit Class: CL_RSPLS_CR_EXIT_BPS or CL_RSPLS_CR_EXIT_BASE. But both don't work correctly, specially when I make a copy in a MultiProvider. Can somebody say to me like making to use the characteristic relations to derive 0FISCPER or how to solve this derive problem?
thanks,
Xavier
Hello Javier
This kind of derivation for Time Characteristics is automatically supported by the system. You don't have to use an exit-class.
Please have a look at the following link:

Hello once again Martin,
Please Can you indicate to me step by step as you worked the derivation of 0FISCPER in Integrated Planning?
Thanks again,
Xavier.

Hello,
let's say, for example, you have a realtime cube with the following time characteristics included: 0fiscper, 0fiscper3, 0fiscyear, 0fiscvarnt.
In an aggregation level (alvl) you have 0fiscvarnt and 0fiscper3. When you create a new record via planning function or with an input ready query, the characteristics 0fiscyear and 0fiscper will derived in the cube automatically. You don't have to implement the characteristic relationships.
Or the other way round, you have 0fiscvarnt, 0fiscyear and 0fiscper in your alvl. Then 0fiscper3 will be derived.
