automatically be forward to the Navigation user interface

Hello,

I added an internal link in a news-xml-form on the bulletin board. This internal link is pointed to a folder.

When a user opens the link, he can decide to use the "Navigation user interface" or a Web folder.

But the user should automatically be forward to the Navigation user interface. Is it possible? Where do I have to change the settings?
