Have you checked the system log (Tx SM21) to find out why the system cannot create the TMSADM user? Also what is the Domain Controller for the instance Q55? You do not need to create the user TMSADM manually. You just need to configure the TMS and include the system into the right domain controller. Once the TMS has been configured you can change the password using the report TMS_UPDATE_PWD_OF_TMSADM

i am Manually Create TMSADM user in Quality, Development and Production system and Password will be Same for all system.

but when i login STMS for Configure Domin controller its show same issue Error is :

Could not create user TMSADM

Please help

Also you may try to manually delete this user from the system and run the domain configuration again.
