Can you please share how alias are created?

Can you please share how did you created a system alias entry that points from the hub system to the backend system, also I have create a System alias from Backend to Hub.

I ma done with first part; second system alias from backed to hub is not done.

Please mentioned where do need to refer these alias in configurations.
