Copy of JEXP condition type (example EXCI) is not getting determined in J1IIN, BED is 0.00

Scenario:
My client needs excise value to be fixed than %, so I copied JEXP to EXCI with calc type (B - fixed amount), assigned it to the respective pric proc.
Maintained EXCI (500 rupees) in VK11.
Created sales order, can see EXCI with 500, same in invoice as well.
But when I opened J1IIN, I dont see BED, excise value of condition type EXCI is not getting determined. Again I replaced EXCI with JEXP, created one more sales order till invoice, when I go to J1IIN, I can see BED.
So what I understood is, only JEXP is accepted in J1IIN.

Could some one show how to enable any condition type in J1IIN (to calculate BED)?

A/R BED condition in excise defaults must have maintained as JEXP with tax procedure TAXINN in your configuration. So BED amount will be taken from JEXP condition value for J1IIN. I think you can make EXCI statistical and write the value over to JEXP. So it should appear in J1IIN. It should work. Please try that and let me know.

Really surprised to note that your client asks the duty to be fixed which is not according to statutory rules I believe. Excise Duty should always be based on percent of assessable value.

    Hi,

whatever the condition type may be ,you need to check the configuration of excise defaults and check the condition type you have mentioned.
