Hi,

I am using SAP ECC6

I want to add value in closed purchased order related to import. GR/IR has done but i did not built additional clearing charges.

Now i want to built additional cost without hitting quantity. Please let me know how it is possible.

Thanks in advance.

subject and content ask contrary questions.

You can change the PO to whatever you want after the GR and IR has been done and it will not have any effect to the stock.

Well i think you did not get what i actually asked.

Well i have GR and IR a import related purchased order which is hitting stock. Purchased order has closed.

Now i have few more duty like USD 500 to built in that stock now please tell how can i invoice USD 500 which will hit stock without impacting purchase order quantity which is for example 03 units. i want to add USD 500 more in duties to these 03 units

Current value of 03 units including all duties = 10,500 USD

    After Addition = 11,000 USD

    • As it is still not clear what exactly you want (you wrote initially "Now i want to built additional cost without hitting quantity" ), e.g. increasing the stock value or not hitting the stock value at all.

If you don't want any impact on the stock value then post your invoice in finance only.

If you want add value to your stock then you have to fulfill many pre-requisites, like your material needs to be managed with moving average price control and your material still needs to be in stock. Then post a subsequent debit.

If that does not write on value then explain what account postings you got with this invoice.
