Getting error in SOAMANAGER when trying to access a newly created webservice.

I have created a new webservice in tcode SE84. However when I get into SOAMANGER and select the customer webservice I get the following error :

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: Error when reading variant "ZST15_ES_FM002" of service definition "ZST15_ES_FM002": An exception with the type CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL oc (termination: RABAX_STATE)

When I check in ST22, I have a uncaught exception for exception - CX_SRT_WSP_CONFIG.

I have checked or entried in the following system tables and they are there.

• srt_sa_appl

• srt_sa_prf

• srt_entity

• srt_sdn_url

Any guidance on this is much appreciated.
