Which is the best SAP certification for a 7+ years experienced ABAPer for career boost?

Hello Experts,

I am a SAP Technical Consultant with 7+ years experience in SAP ABAP, Workflow and Open Text.I am looking for a skill upgrade and boost in career.Is it a good idea to go for any certification at this stage?If yes-which will be the most appropriate one,I am very confused.There are few options in my mind like HANA Modeller, HCP, Ariba,BI/BW. Can anyone suggest what will be best for the future among these or out of these?

Being in Abap from 7 Y, I suggest you to get into Netweaver technologies and Fiori.

In my opinion, as an experienced SAP ABAP consultant, you might benefit most from acquiring knowledge in Core Data Services (CDS) and ABAP Managed Database Prodcedures (AMDP), both HANA relevant ABAP technologies.
