Strategy Plan for multi vehicles

Dear All ,

I'm beginner in PM Module , I need some one to explain the following case to me

if I have large number of vehicles and all of them with the same task list and the same component , I added all of them in one Strategy plan but I shocked the T-CODE " IP02 " take only one Counter Field unless each vehicle has different Counter ,

I supposed that I create One Plan and assign all of them in it and when any one of them get ex. 5000 KM create PM Order to it but What I see is there is only one Counter Field So I will Create Plan for each vehicle to can insert Measuring point for each one is that correct and if it correct why plan take more than one Equipment .

One Maintenance Plan is synonymous with one maintenance schedule. That is to say, the set of dates and calls etc. will be the same for all the Items on one Plan. Therefore, to have multiple different schedules for multiple Equipments based off multiple Counters tracked - you simply need to create multiple Plans, i.e. one plan for one Equipment, with one counter each. Then every time an Equipment exceeds 5000 KM on its counter, you get the Work Order.

I tried your solution but I facing some problems , First I need to Explain my case in the following Example ,

Suppose I have 3 Equipment A, B, C all of them is same Model and the same Maintenance task list and I want to put all of them in one Plan , If any of them get 5000 KM lets say Equipment B and Go to orders generated from Plan suppose to find 1 Maintenance order and Equipment C get the 5000 KM I found Order to C and so on

But when I do your Advice , Plan generate 3 Maintenance Order for all equipment Regardless it is exceed the limit of plan or not , So All I need is if one of three equipment get the limit of plan "5000 KM" , I Get an Order for it

What Peter Atkin wrote above. You will certainly need 1 counter per 1 vehicle (Equipment) to record mileage per each vehicle.

If your requirement is to always create a WO if only any one of the vehicles reached a milestone of 5000 KM, then perhaps you could create one multiple counter plan using all the counters for all the vehicles. Set the Operation Type to "Or - link"

Sorry, but you will need one counter plan per vehicle.

This is because each vehicle will need its own KM counter to recrds measurement documents against.
