how to add images in wiki

hi all,

i am trying to create a how-to help document in my profiles page with images..

similar to https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/x/_0

but i am unable to add them...i have seen wiki faqs on adding images

here https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/x/CwQ but its aint tells how to add that image on to the page.

can someone pls let me know how...
