SSO and HTML Viewer Control across multiple systems

We currently use transaction CIC0 which is a based upon HTML Viewer Controls accessing ITS pages. We have migrated from external ITS to internal ITS. In an attempt to avoid a second login to the ITS pages, I have added code to set the enable_sapsso flag and enabled the myssocntl service in SICF. When working in just one system, this appears to resolve our issue (no additional login required after logging on to the SAPGUI). The problem is our users will be working in multiple SAP systems, and as the users switch back and forth between the systems, browser refreshes, etc result in the end user being prompted again to log in. We also utilize webrfc calls inside of some the pages that also start to error due to log in. Upon reading OSS note 612670, there appears to be mention that this SSO solution only works within the same system, and briefly mentions some alternatives when working with multiple systems. The information is vague, and I'm looking for a step-by-step on exactly what would need to be done to achieve SSO w/HTML view controls in the SAPGUI and ITS across multiple systems.

Thanks,

Pam Crissman
