Hello all,
I configured the standard workflow BUS2010 for purchase order release strategy.
It all works fine as long as I am working in SAP Workplace.
I would like to receive the messages in the Outlook (because most of my managers do not enter regularly to SAP Workplace).
Now, the Outlook connection is already set, therefore I can send emails from SAP out through ITS to the Exchange server.
What settings I should do in order to allow the WF messages to be sent to Outlook ?
Thanks,
Isaac Mazliach

Hi Isaac,
this question has been answered before in the forum. Depending on your release you should either use report RSWUWFML2 or the new extended notification framework.
Both are easy to setup, but if it is possible for you, you should use the extended notification framework.
Hope it helps
Kind regards
Mikkel

Mikkel,
Thank you for your answer. It helped a lot.
I think that I am missing something in the WF configuration.
I received the following feedback after running RSWUWFML2 :
Error processing following event linkage:
BUS2012 RELEASESTEPCREATED WS20000075
Following error occurred:
WL 006
Message text:
The mandatory input parameters of the workflow must be set
Event container appended as attachment.
Event linkage with errors deactivated.
Dp you know what it might be ?
Thanks,
Isaac
hi issac,
Message text:
The mandatory input parameters of the workflow must be set
For this message check weather have you given the key value are not, or check weather the key value is getting passed throught out the container.
Event linkage with errors deactivated.
For this message check weather the event linkage is done properly or not. Check in the transaction code SWEL. Check weather have you checked the check box "Linkage activated" in Event linkage transaction.

Hi Balaji,
Sorry for the late reply.
I checked SWEL and I saw there the following trace data :
object type : QCYBUS2012
event : created
action : no receiver entered
I received the same action also in object type BUS2011 and event QUOTATIONCREATED.
When I look inside the workflow I see the user that the workflow should go to.
What am I missing ? where (which transaction) I should go and what else should I check to correct that ?
Thanks,
Isaac Mazliach
