How to Trigger email using Auto-reaction method in RZ20?

We have one business scenario where we want to trigger an email alert if Number range which is maintained in SNRO is exhausted. For E.g. If Number range for Object ZTEST is consumed above 90% then It should trigger an email alert to User stating Object name and its consumption.

Thanks for Solution.

I have performed steps as per SAP Note 617547. But I am not getting email alert in case if Number range is getting exhausted. Is there any addition configuration is needed?
