Internal note text and vendor text disappears during the approval process.

Hello

Can anybody help me please.I am facing the following issue.

I created shopping cart with vendor text and internal note text. As the first approver I went into change mode and changed the assigned vendor. This made the internal note text disappear but the vendor text remained. I then came out of the SC without saving any changes and went back into it again as the first approver. Again in change mode I changed the product category, this made the assigned vendor disappear which is correct. I then re-assigned the vendor and that made the vendor text disappear.

Basically neither of these texts should ever disappear due to other data being changed or deleted.

Is there any way through which this can be managed?
