Auto User ID creation with GRC ARM

Hi SAP Techies,

We have 4 systems in GRC scope. Whenever HR Master Record gets updated with the new empolyee details in SAP HR system, an HR Trigger communicates with GRC and creates the SAP user account in all 4 SAP systems.

However, the problem that I am facing is, even if the user is not supposed to have access in 1 of the 4 SAP systems, the user ID is getting created in all the 4 SAP systems.

The scenarios I need is the user ID should get created only in the required SAP system i.e the systems on which the user's job requires him to have access to. Not on the other SAP system/s.

I know the scenario is bit complex to understand, please let me know if you want me to explain the scenario in more detail.

Hi Siva,

See page #33 of Post Installation. "Note: task-specific customizing for GRC-AC is not available in case you have the GRC plug-ins installed in your GRC system, check the Appendix for performing the customizing in this case".

Check page #35 and it will guide you on what to do.
