MMS Cockpit gives - Access to the requested resource is forbidden (HTTP 403)

Hello ,I have a trial account in HCP , I assigned
my account to IoT-MMS-USER but still I am getting error

Access to the requested resource is forbidden (HTTP 403).Please help.

Dear Shubhangi,

make sure to assign your user ID (not account ID) to MMS role [1]. Also, it might be necessary to start a new browser session (simply close and open your browser windows after you made a role assignment).
