How to create a Scorecard based on Save Query in Hybris Cloud for Customer

Hello Experts,

We have couple of standard scorecards which you can see on home page delivered by SAP some are based on reports (Single Keyfigure) and some are based on save query, Example- Tickets Assigned to me, this is not a report, it's a save query...when you click on this scorecard, it will navigate to My Queue saved search query (Queue view on Service workcenter), how we can convert custom saved query as score card? any inputs will be appreciated.

Also in standard we don't have option to enable keyfigure field (Custom/Standard) as part of selection or filter? any ways to achieve this?

Hi - I have a similar question for the scorecard in addition to the above. I see standard scorecard like 'ticket escalated to me' but it is not taking to list of tickets which are escalated in the queue view. In turn it takes to my queue view which list all the tickets under me. How do I correct it ?
