Hello,

I entered time for week 03/27/2017 to 04/09/2017 but time evaluation in only picking hours from April. Any idea why March hours are not being picked up.

Hi,

two things to check

Earl.pers.rec.date on IT0003 and IT0007 time management status for the week in question

Hello,

Time management status is setup as 1 on IT 0007 and Earl.pers.rec.date I left it blank on IT 0003. This is a bi weekly time evaluation run but the system is thinking that it is monthly and stopping at 31st March. I can see April hours in SALDO. I have searched everywhere, looks like some existing config is restricting my work.

something to try

Have you maintained IT0050 for these ees? assuming you have

For one of your employees set both Earliest pers rec date and PDC recalculation date to the 1st March.

Run PT60 for standard schema 'TM00' with a forced recalculation date of 1st March and display log ticked.

If you drill into the log you will see exactly what days it is processing.

In terms of periodicity, Time evaluation as standard is set to a monthly periodicity and SAP recommend you do not change that. When you say it is a bi weekly time evaluation run, where are you setting that ?

Hi Brendan,

Thanks for your insights. The client is directly loading time into Infotype 2002 from Kronos. I ran from March 1st using TM00, it only runs for the 03/01 & 03/02.

When you say it is a bi weekly time evaluation run, where are you setting that ?

I am just using the client's existing schema, I have not made any changes. I like this question, how can I set time evaluation to run bi weekly?

Stephen,

See attached for where you set the time evaluation periodicity, though I would not think that is your issue.

Time evaluation generally runs for an individual from their last sucessful calculation date ( or from last time related change if earlier) up to the current date ( or up to an error ) and I am not aware that the chosen periodicity has any effect on that.

Hello Stephen,

For one such employee, could you execute Time Evaluation up to April 9, 2017, with Forced recalculation as of March 27, 2017, and with Progarm Options "Display log" and "Test run (no update)" boxes checked?

When you drill down into the log, do you see that every Date is being processed or does processing stop somewhere?

Hi Remi,

I ran from 03/27-04/09 and I am seeing in the log (test run) all the dates from 03/01 till 04/09 got processed. I see Final processing 3 times in this run.

I guess I am struggling to figure it out how to make time evaluation only read the dates as per the pay period

Brendan,

Assume I go with last time evaluation end run. I am running time evaluation from 03/13/2017 to 03/26/2017 and I am seeing in TES that it is adding 03/01 hrs to my time type and it does it till 03/26. This is throwing off my SALDO. Do you know what the problem here is. In 2002, I entered 124 hours for this period but in SALDO it is showing 155.45 on 03/26
