HR non-delta datasources

Hi gurus-

I am getting familar with HR extraction and equerries. I see few of the data sources (like, 0HR_PA_OS_1) do not support delta. But these contain data that varies according to time, like number of vacant positions, headcount and etc.

To get upto-date data, do we do full update every time?
