Sales Order number, PO number in WM Script Forms

Hi All,

According to my requirements, I have to show up the sales order number, PO number on the WM Script Form.

these twoa re LIKP-VBELN, VBAK-VBELN, how to get these two, do i need to write a subroutine pool or by select statements in the script itself.
