Hi Pierre,

Check following things:

RFC Queues in transaction SMQ1 and SMQ2 for both systems

Run Report BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER with number your SC and define transfer date in future (eg. 31.12.2009)

Hi Marcin,

I've checked queues, but there is no information about SC transfer.

When I run report - nothing happens.

I've checked connection in SM59 to SRM and to R/3 systems and it seems ok.

Maybe there is no SC number in table EPRTRANS?

Report BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER uses this table for transfering SC's to SRM. This table has following columns:

-number of SC

-item in SC

-date of transfer

- flag for new and update item

Check if your table has this SC.

Yes Marcin, this table has my SC number.

This is 'fresh' SC (no follow-on documents created, this SC don't exist in SRM yet).

Problem still ocurrs.

Go to transaction ME53n and find your SC. Check for blocking indicator for this position.

Hi Pierre

I hope you tried with correct dates (Marcin mentioned it before). Can you give the follwoing inputs:

1) What is the date of transfer in Table EPRTRANS ?

2) In BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER, what is the date you are giving ?

3) Can you pl give the date as in EPRTRANS, in BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER and see ?

Are you seeing a result screen, 'PRs transferred 1' ?

Best regards

Hi Ramki,

1) The date of transfer is 17.03.2007

2) I give (like Marcin wrote) date in the future (31.12.2009)

On result screen I have 'PRs transferred: 0"

I have looked at this program and there is a temporary table who checks if Purchase Requirement have any locks.

Mabye it's stupid but check if any user have this document open...(in lock table or transaction SM04 - look for ME23N transaction)
