Hello All,

Need your help to find the expiration date of Crystal Reports in 4.1 . Just now, we schedule the Crystal Reports via other Scheduling products, some time the jobs get failed because of Crystal Expiry date. So we have to manually change the Crystal Report Expiry date in Default Setting and run the job again. So need your help how to find the list of reports that are going to expire soon or the expiration date for all the reports instead of opening each report manually.

Hi Kavin,

What do you mean by 'expiration date of Crystal Reports' or 'expiration date of all reports'?

Hi Kavin,

Reports created in Crystal Reports do not expire. This may be a feature in the scheduling program you are using. When you set the Expiry date in the default settings, what program are you in?

Is it possible the Expiry date is a parameter in the reports your scheduling program is using? In which case, you will have to open the reports in Crystal and see how that parameter is being used.

This may be a question for the vendor of your scheduling program since they would have more information on how the reports are designed to work.

Good luck,
