HR Report from infotype 0014

Hi all,

I have to make an HR report - using ALV preferrably - from infotype no 0014. The report should contain the following fields:

emp no., empname, designation, emp sub group, wage type, amount and start date.

Please let me know how to go about it? Do I have to use the provide statiment?

Which logical database should I use - PNP or PNPCE?

Please give some sample code.

If your company has Concurrent Employment,you have to use PNPCE else PNP should be fine. It is only a matter of choice between loop..endloop & provide..endprovide; You can get the same results with both the options.

1. Attach your report to PNP.

2. Declare an itab with fields reqd on the list

3. Apart from your other data declarations, you should also have,

Tables:pernr

Infotypes:0014.

start-of-selection.

get pernr.

loop at 0014.

*fill your itab.

endloop.

end-of-selection.

fill the ALV field catalog
pass the itab to the alv reuse display function call

The report is damm good . But I want to create the report in ALV amd most preferrably an INTERACTIVE or a drill down ALV. May be you can help me with that as well???
