Problem background job

Hi,

We have done a custom leave application, after the manager approval the data will be updated into inoftype 2001 for that we have created a background job in the workflow. When I have tested the upload method using SW01 it is working fine, but my workflow is stopped when it comes to the upload method and the data is not uploaded to 2001.

When I checked SM58 I am getting an error message 'connection closed (no data)'. Is this error related to any cutomization or basis work.

Hi Ramu Nemurgommula,

From your statement i came to know that your method is working fine if you execute from SWO1 and it is not working through the workflow.

From the message 'connection closed (no data)' i think data is not passed properly to the method. " Check the binding".

Check it WF-BATCH or WF user have authorization to update HR master data.
