Publish to forecast field _ mass update

We used to have a workflow to set the "publish to forecast" field as default, however have now decided as a company that this field should not be checked ( with exception of a few).

I have tried to mass update the "publish to forecast" field to be "unchecked", however, it does not seem to pick up this information since that the "NO" is leaving the field blank. Is it possible to do this?
