COM - error unknown with "Message" button in Product View

Dear all,

I want to send a new delivery program to my supplier, but in the moment that I push the button "Message" from the transaction /SAPAPO/RRP3 - Product View for sending the program, there is a message in the bottom of the window saying "COM - error Unknown".

When I make double click on it, the application is closed whitout sending any log. Do you know what could be causing this?

Hello,

Please run the "livecache consistency check" by using T code-(/n/sapapo/om17) for product-locations and correct any errors that may be detected.
