Material download from R/3 to CRM

Hi Guys

We have a scenario where we are gonna download configurable service products and orders from R/3 to CRM .

We have the IPC up and running .

To download the configurable products :

We have created the Kbase and runtime version in R/3 .

as i understand the steps to be followed are

1) download the material objects from R/3 to CRM ....(what are the possible objects that will cover the entire gamut of material downloads?)

2)Once the necessary material objects are downloaded , we will download the objects OBJCL , CLASS , and SCE .

Am i missing something here ?? Is there any additional things that i need to take care of before proceeding with the steps ??

Any working document on this would be really helpful

Hi Kris,

I think you missed out one object "ATTRIBUTE" in your step 2. It is preffered that the initial download of objects CLASS, ATTRIBUTE and OBJCL occurs before object MATERIAL is downloaded.

In order to download the material from R/3 to CRM make sure that you have already downloaded the Org Model in CRM.

Hi Krish,

check the <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm50/helpdata/en/46/6d7f089ecfb5459a46c734da4dc575/frameset.htm">Link</a> Have a look of the point 3 in the Prerequisites. This will tell you what all objects needs to be downloaded before the Material download.
