Reports for specific sales areas

Hi,

I am looking for standard reports for the following areas:

1. Sales Document Schedule Line

2. Sales-Shipping Allocation Schedule Line

3. Sales Document Header Status

4. Billing Document Item Data

5. Delivery Item Data

I was wondering if anyone has found the SAP standard reports to check their ABAP programs. I looked through Information System for the SD area, but they didn't seem to be what I am looking for.

Any help or informtation is greatly appreciated.
