what are the roles of core user in clients place?

hi all,

can any body tell me what are the roles and functions of the core user in the clients place, what is the hierachy of core users and BPOs, what is UAT and what is the main role of core user, and what are the different types of users.

Hi Sandeep,

This is what my colleague shared about a core user -

Core User - also known as the power user represent those people/employees of the client side team ; has more knowledge than the actual end users

They provide 1st level of support in resolving issues. eg. maintain small config work too like adding up additional group values for materials, customers etc

they can also do solution designing if they are having good exposure

But in some situations even the end user is called the core user.. so you might have to find out for sure whom they are referring to!

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is to obtain confirmation by the owner or client of the object under test, through trial or review,so that it meets requirements.UAT is one of the final stages of a project and often occurs before a client or customer will accepts a new system.
