Single JAM group as C4C Knowledge Base - how to exclude other groups

Hi there!

I integrated JAM to our C4C-System, Feeds and Work patterns work well.

For using just a single JAM-Group as knowledge base, I entered the name of the already created jam group at administration>Service and Social>Knowledge Base>SAP Jam Settings’.

Since the admin was a member of the jam group, the ‘Group Name’ could be saved. So, from now on the solution finder should not query all groups anymore. But I still get many results from different JAM groups.

What could be the reason for that?

Hi Philipp,

unfortunately I don't know the answer to this, but it sounds like this could be a bug.

Could you please create a support ticket for this?
