How to cross check setup table data

Hi Friends,

if i starts to fillup setup table for sales order i.e 2LIS_11_VAHDR & 2LIS_11_VAITM

after the job ends i will check the no. of records in RSA3 OR SE11.

But how i will check these record count is correct?

how i will cross check these data?

Hi,

you donot need to check the no of records in setuptable count ,if you locked all users,just before starting the stuptable filling.

So the best and reliable way to check the data is data(values of report otput) check in BIW. I am suggested this because the data is stored in setup table in clustur manner.SO it will not give no of records count as equal to your base tables.

You can check parallelly in NPRT and confirm teh same in RSA3 as well..

hi srinivas,

you mean to say go to NPRT click on log entry it will show all the details along with source table name. The record count should be same in source table (VBAK) and the count in RSA3 OR SE11 ->MC11VA0HDRSETUP & MC11VA0ITMSETUP

You check for the respective function modules and execute with same selections as in RSA3 ..

both the data has to match.

Hi,

You can check in RSA3 and then compare the records in NPRT. Check for the DS that extract more records in RSA3 and cthen compare with the NPRT transaction.
