Hi Experts,
I am working on Workflows right now.
I have one query that is it possible to end workflow at more than one places????
In my workflow, at all the steps if person rejectes the item then it should end the workflow.
So if i want to end workflow at each rejection then how i can do that?
Please help me out in this problem.
Regards,
Hetal....

1) yes its possible to end workflow at more than one place by using process control.
2)if i want to end workflow at each rejection then place process control at the rejection branch and make it to cancel /complete workitem.

Hi Hetal
As per your query I suggest that there is a step which can be applied to stop the
workflow in what ever step you want. The step is called Process control. In the process control step in the Function tab choose the complete workflow from the
drop down screen. this will solve your problem if any thing put a mail.
thanks

Hi,
Use process control step for the negative actions taken by the approver and
in the process control select " complete workflow ".
This will solve your problem.

Hi,
I am not able to visualise the scenario. Could you pls elaborate?
I presume, you are using Fork to simulate the action taken by multiple people for rejecting the workflow, and at the end of fork your workflow ends.
If so, then probably you can put Process control in each branch of your fork and can complete / cancel the workflow.
Hope that heps.
