Exctracting data from SAP into Excel - Dynamic updating

I have an excel report downloaded from SAP tables( TSTC & TSTCT).It keeps tracks of the new transactions added.I need a dynamic method of updating this info timeously and maybe inform each time a new transaction is added.I'M NOT AN ABAPER.how can i do this.
